- Challenge
- A fictional services group needed to organise incoming documents, extract key fields, identify missing information, and preserve human approval for financial decisions.
- Strategic response
- We designed a staged workflow in which extraction, confidence checks, exception routing, and approvals remain visible rather than disappearing inside a black box.
